 Job title: Personal Assistant (PA)

Salary:   250,000 Net

Job Description:

• Support the CEO in daily administrative tasks, managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and handling expense reports.

• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, meetings, and agendas.

• Act as a liaison between the CEO's office and internal departments, facilitating smooth communication.

• Conduct research on prospective donors and assist in proposal preparation.

• Manage external communications on behalf of the CEO with stakeholders such as staff, donors, partners, and government entities.

• Assist in coordinating executive meetings and committees, maintaining confidential files and contact information.

• Represent the CEO in designated meetings and provide support as needed, including phone calls, deliveries, and visitor management.

Requirements:

• BSC/HND, other Professional Certificate is an added advantage

• 3-4years of relevant experience.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management systems.

• Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and present findings effectively.

• Independent work ethic with professional discretion.

• Multi-lingual and international customs knowledge is an advantage.

• Fluent in English (Speaking/Reading/Writing).

Additional Skills:

• Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including executives, donors, and board members.

• Familiarity with HR processes and senior-level management support
