We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT / Website Support Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Maintenance of networks infrastructures

Supporting online presence and operations

Identifying and responding to all website security breaches

General systems support / network support / website support

Supporting IT securities, data, storages, and communications systems

Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.

Upload appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.

Keeping up to date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.

Manage website troubleshooting, site updates, plugin updates, server or hosting issues, email creation and troubleshooting, etc.
