We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

 Key Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with both new and existing clients.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and market share.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.

Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.

Strong social media presence

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven track record of successful business development in the Software industry especially SaaS products.

Strong communication, social media, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
