1. Punctuality for interviews is very important, please in all you do always keep to time for your interviews 🥰

2. Ensure you are up to date in your industry very important..if you work for a particular industry please be up to date in that industry as questions could be thrown at you in that industry.☺️

3. We have seen questions like what was the last book you read....poping up many times ensure you are able to defend this and explain succinctly on the last book you read.😃

4. Please my ladies no heavy makeup, no leg chains (there are a 10001 cases of ladies not given jobs because of leg chains despite doing brilliantly during the interview)🥹😎

5. Please always take note of the recruiters names and thank them by their names at the end of the interview that shows active listening skills 🤗

6. Please do not ask questions during interview when you should already have googled it on your own. Asking questions like what does your company do?😎

7. When you go for an interview and you are asked "Do you have any question for us" please don't say no ....when you say no you are simply saying you are not interested in the job😎🥹

8. When discussing salary, give your range and if they can beat it then let them know you are open for negotiation ❤‍🩹

9. For those going for Bank interview it's very key to dress using the bank traditional colours.

First bank wears blue tie, UBA use red tie etc 🥰😍

10. Avoid wearing handbands or any political item for an interview as this could be used against you or change the opinion of the recruiter about you ..please I beg you.🥹

11. Ensure you go with copies of your CV and documents when going for interviews, you will not want to go with only one CV for a panel interview of 5 people or more.😎🥹

12. Take note of your environment when you step into any office for an interview the slightest detail can save you or help you during the interview 🥰

It could be the motto of the company or a picture or slogan of the company that might be asked and of course it could come in handy and real quick 🥰👍

13. Do not assume during interviews , show fact and clarity when asked open ended question, please desist from telling the story of your life...stick to the STAR METHOD 🌟

14. Atimes recruiters could throw jabs at you during interview no matter how emotional you are please do not CRY. We have seen cases where people cry during interview. 😭😂

Hold that tears when you get home you can cry and roll on the floor all you want😂😄

15. Most especially for roles like Executive assistant, Secretaries or Admin roles, this roles are for the strong in heart ...when you cry then you are not ready😄😂.
