POSITION: General Manager 

Location: Lagos Island

RAC Outsourcing is currently recruiting for one of her Clients.

CRITERIA:

• Proven experience as a general manager or in a similar executive position

• Vast knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)

• Strong analytical ability

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding organisational and leadership skills

• Problem-solving aptitude 

• Must reside within Lekki, Ajah, Ibeju-Lekki, and it's environs. 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• BSc/BA in any relevant field; MSc/MA is a boost

• Vast knowledge of real estate operations.

• Vast knowledge in real estate marketing, digital marketing, documentation, branding, and customer service.

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a real estate firm or any relevant firm

Salary: NGN 280,000 - 300,000
