Job Role: Chief Operating Officer 

Location: Ikeja, lagos 

Salary: N700,000 

Job Description: 

- Collaborate with the executive team to define the company’s strategic direction and long term goals 

- Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures 

- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances and implement corrective actions 

- Lead and motivate adverse team of operational professionals 

- Evaluate vendor performance and explore opportunities for strategic partnerships within the industry. 

Requirements: 

- BSc in any related field 

- MBA Is highly preferred 

- 7+years experience in a senior leadership role within the marketing communications industry 

- in-depth knowledge of marketing communication strategies .
