We are a leading travel agency looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information, and assisting with customer concerns. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information

- Address customer concerns and provide solutions

- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

- Administrative Activities and Tasks

Requirements:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work flexible hours

- Previous experience in a call center
