EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Business Development Management, Business Admimistration, or other related courses.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:

1. Communication

2. Sourcing and Customer relations

3. Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.

4. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines.

5. Good time management and organizational skills.

6. Proficient in the use of Microsoft word, Excel, Power point, Database creation, negotiation and procurement laws.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Creating market strategies for the business

2. Developing new products and services to meet the needs of existing clients

3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

4. Developing and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders, including clients, partners or vendors.

5. Conducting periodic market research and analysis.

6. Implementing strategies to minimize operating costs and increase profits

7. Training other business development staff in the organization

8. Attending conferences and events on behalf of the business.
