Operation Smile Foundation (OSF) provides basic business Credit extension in a manner that, the under employed and marginalized rural and urban groups and individuals can create or expand their businesses by planning and managing themselves to generate income for their families/households. The objective is to liberate rural women and youth from economic marginalization in a manner that they would own their means of livelihood.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Thrift Officer

Location: Imo

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting: Thrift Officers report directly to the operations manager.

Job Objective

To contribute to the institutional development and corporate image of Operation Smile Foundation, through a sustained regular contact with their customers by providing quality services to satisfy the customers.

Duties

To mobilize daily savings for operation smile foundation members

To inform entrepreneurs about OSF products and encourage them to become members.

To deposit daily savings collected into OSF designated bank account.

To ensure that depositors (members) receive confirmation for their deposit.

To submit daily savings deposit to the I.T unit for documentation.

To ensure that daily savings deposit are also submitted to the account department for filing.

To maintain privacy of the customer.

To ensure to meet/reach set targets.

To carry out other duties as maybe assigned by the OSF/operations manager.
