We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supermarket Supervisor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time



Responsibilities

Ensure customers receive warm welcome and exceptional customer services.

Monitor the store to ensure standard hygiene and safety guidelines are adhered to by customers and subordinates.

Monitor items on the shelf or products on displays to encourage customer purchases.

Carry out regular check on the stocks to prevent damages or theft.

Carry out training and re-training of staff on excellent customer services.

Carry out stock/inventory reconciliation on daily basis to avoid stock out.

Drive all subordinates to attend to customers' needs and requests courteously.

Liaise with the supply chain/procurement team to ensure timely delivery of stock e.t.c

Academic Qualifications and Skills

OND or HND in Social Science or related field.

Minimum of 4 years working experience in a supermarket.

Attention to details and sociable personality.

Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure from customers.

A good team player and problem solving skills.

Ability to track inventory.

Computer savvy and ability to use Microsoft Office.
