Job Brief
We are looking to hire an innovative and experienced Shop sales officer who is ready to propel our organization towards growth.
Duties
Understand customers need and offer solutions and support.
Organize and coordinate sales assistant schedules.
Receives reports on all sales.
Supervise sales assistant and shop assistant.
Communicate corporate safety policy and ensure it is being adhered to
Manage inventory.
Train staff.
Oversee day to day running of the shop.
Responsible for daily and weekly accounting and records.
Supervise the activities of the other staff members.
Facilitate retail operation.
Track sales metric.
Assist sales assistant to meet and exceed goals.
Minimum of OND.
Minimum of 1 year experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Team spirit.
Excellent communication skills.
Good inter personal relationship.
Excellent Leadership skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skill.
Time management and organizational skills.
