Job Title: Sales Development Officer

Job Responsibilities

Achieving growth in the business, setting new selling standards.

Ensuring the sales team is overachieving their targets as individuals and as a team.

Setting objectives for the team as well as targets, and coaching and performance management.

Recruitment of dynamic sales professionals.

Building and maintaining long-lasting go-to client relationships, working with them to ensure all needs are met by the business.

Working closely with the senior management team to deliver company performance and objectives.

Identifying emerging markets and market shifts, ensuring the business is always innovative and presenting itself at the right quality and price in the current market.

Job Requirements

Candidates should posses relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years work experience.

The ideal individual will be a clear communicator, ambitious and be hungry to work for a successful business.

Salary

N80,000 - N100,000 monthly
