1. Title: Facilities and Logistics Officer

Location: Opebi / Bariga, Lagos

Responsibilities

Support and advise on logistic operations activities of the Operations.

Support and coaches Logistics Unit on a timely and cost-efficient delivery of tasks and duties.

Prepare the logistics movement reports.

Supervise, guide and train (new) logistics personnel on proper management and record keeping.

Support and advise on transport requirements; duties of drivers ensuring timely services, issuing fuel, recording log-books and maintenance and repair/recovery of vehicles, among other related activities.

Work in close collaboration with every department for the maintenance of office premises and related office equipment and vehicles.

Ensure that office premises are maintained and necessary repairs and maintenance (e.g. electricity, water supply, etc.) are carried out in a timely manner.

Perform other duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

First Degree from a recognized institution of learning.

Technical and Professional expertise of 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in facilities and logistics.

Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Communication and problem solving skills.

2. Title: Bakery Supervisor

Locations: Bariga and Ojodu Berger - Lagos

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes and directs day-to-day operations of the food and bakery department, exercising independent judgment and discretion

Perform all duties in accordance with all Company policies and programmes and Food Handling procedures.

Clearly communicate and consistently enforce department and Company safety policies and procedures.

Observe all safety regulations when operating equipment and utilize Personal Protective Equipment.

Supervise the proper use of all equipment by subordinates including Personal Protective Equipment.

Understand and adhere to all procedures in emergency situations.

Maintain all temperature logs and production sheets.

Set up and maintains a proper cleaning maintenance schedule of entire department.

Provide continual training, developmental action planning, and meaningful feedback on job performance to other staff.

Maintain an open line of communication and work cooperatively with all internal and external customers.

Lead staff to work cooperatively while encouraging enthusiasm, loyalty, and creativity.

Ensure all reports and records are accurate, complete and retained in accordance with Company policy.

Ensure the quality of all product received and secure properly in appropriate storage areas.

Ensure the accuracy of item pricing, item locator and shelf allocation.

Must possess a Degree in Food Science and Technology.

Requires 1 - 3 years experience in similar role.

Requires working knowledge of all job duties and performs those job duties as required.
