Job Description

Welcoming visitors and introducing them to the appropriate personnel.

Answering telephone calls.

Establish and nurture relationship with clients and potential customers to facilitate sales.

Follow up prospects / clients via emails and text messages.

Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s various product.

Requirements

OND, HND, B.Sc in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or Economics

1 - 3 years experience in customer care or telemarketing.

Excellent phone etiquette and good communication skill.

Applicants must reside within Ipaja Alimosho and environs.
