We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Manager

Location: Magodo, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Description

Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed

Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy

Supervise day to day to operations including supervising the maintenance and alternation of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, and office equipment for staff

Supervise member of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance

Prepare and edit correspondence communication, communication, presentation and another document

Manage overall Administrative activities for the office

Management of external relations

Ensure daily sales are reconciled to such proper accounting

Send monthly reports of incomes and expenses to Management

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information

Scheduling and Planning

Organizational skills

Ordinate the activities of the Client Executive

Performing other work related duties as assigned including corporate compliance team as needed

Maintain working relationship and communication with all department

Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated

Taking monthly stocks of items in the pharmacy

Preparing hospital statistics

Requirements

B.Sc / HND Degree Holder

Minimum of 2 years work experience as an Administrative Managerin Health care

Resident in Lagos

Good communication skills
