1. Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Along Ikorodu Road, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

We are looking for an Account Officer to manage the finances of the church, especially on Sundays.

Job Description

Create and process invoice

Track the organization's expenses

Manage the organization's accounts payable and receivable

Prepare and coordinate deposit activities

Prepare detailed financial reports

Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers, and other financial records.

Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.

Perform all necessary account, bank, and other reconciliations

Qualifications

B.Sc or HND in Accounting or any related discipline

1-3 years of cognitive work experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Proficient in the use of accounting software

Proximity to the location is important.

Job Description

Our client needs a Branch Manager to oversee their operation in Abuja, Benin, Ibadan, and Lagos.

Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales

Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans

Meet goals and metrics

Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately

Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation

Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs

Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

Qualifications

BSc in Business Administration or any related discipline.

Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or similar role.

Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.

Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.

Familiarity with the industry’s rules and regulations.

Excellent organizational skills.

Results-driven and customer focused.

Leadership and human resources management skills.
