Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or other relevant field.

• Relevant certifications in Marketing communications 

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience

• Team management experience

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

❖ Develops and distributes information for their company to ensure that the right information gets into the hands of the right people at the right time.

❖ Develops and sustain media relations with radio stations, television stations, newspapers and magazines and others to increase your advertising presence in those media outlets

❖ Manages PR campaigns to ensure consistently positive relationship with internal and external publics.

❖ Gathers data and analyzes market research data to create strategies for the marketing or branding of a product or service, using a variety of methods, including surveys, focus groups, data analysis software and so on.

❖ Gathers and analyzes data about customers, competition, and market conditions to help the business make informed business decisions.

❖ Creates presentations and speeches geared towards large audiences to promote a new product or service line, gather support for an upcoming event or increase public awareness of organizational causes

❖ Planning, promoting, and managing corporate events, such as trade shows, conventions, and product launches

❖ Collaborates with a team or teams from other departments to prepare quarterly and annual reports

❖ Manages designs of publicity campaigns for various products and services.

❖ Writes advertising copy that appeals to specific audiences and sells products or services effectively

❖ Collaborates on sales and promotion strategies so that the business can gain an advantage in the marketplace over competitors
