*HIRING: CUSTOMER CARE/SALES OFFICER*

Our client is a start-up pharmaceutical company and a manufacturer of hygienic Organic products. They seek to hire a *Customer Care/Sales Officer.*

Location: Lekki phase 1

Pay: Attractive

 

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

· Responding promptly to customer enquiries.

· Responding to customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution of complaints.

· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

· Ensuring that all customer orders are shipped on time according to company policies and procedures.

· Generating leads and exceeding sales targets.

· Reviewing customer requests for order changes or cancellations.

 

*REQUIREMENTS:*

· Minimum of BSC/HND in marketing or related field

· At least 2years’ proven experience in sales

· Meeting and exceeding sales and customer satisfaction target

· Generating leads

· Strong telephone etiquette
