Job Description

Institute of Rural Development and Urban Management (IRDUM) state reps are in charge of several tasks. Below is a list of the most important tasks they will be in charge of:

Create persuasive arguments to sell IRDUM to professional, politicians, entrepreneurs and those in offices

Maintain positive relationships with the public.

Regularly reach out to potential partners.

Set and maintain target goals.

Communicate with team members regularly.

Answer partner’s questions.

Write up reports on partner’s satisfaction.

Keep up with current sales trends.

Organized quarterly inductions

Organized monthly meetings with the public.

Canvass for more partners and members

Job Requirements / Skills

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.

Highly motivated.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Organized.

Great at time management.

Excellent selling and negotiation skills.

Humble and open to feedback.

Excellent customer service.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Confident.

Salary

N50,000 - N100,000 monthly
