Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Ago-Iwoye, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented operations officer to increase the efficiency of our operations.

The role will report to the Operations Manager. May also be required to perform administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate advanced operational competency and excellent managerial skills.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Reporting to the Operations Manager about policy and procedure implementations

Project planning and management

Tracking operational costs to ensure that expenditure stays within budget

Overseeing the maintenance department

Ensuring that operational deadlines are met

Providing operations support to all departments.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field

At least 3 years relevant work experience.

Extensive experience in an operations management position or similar.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, email, etc.

Good understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance.
