An Online Food Delivery Company located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Nigeria, with staff size of 50 - 100 Employees is recruiting to fill the position below:

1. Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process.

Conduct background check on existing and new staff

Update records of employee database.

Coordinate new staff induction process.

Follow-up on employee attendance.

Analyze data with useful HR metrics.

Take part in initiatives geared towards company growth.

Perform general admin duties.

Research and document policies and procedures geared towards business growth, conducive work environment and staff welfare.

Coordinates performance appraisal for staff and advise management on salary scale.

Train, counsel, and coach staff.

Perform any other assigned job.

Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources

3 - 4 years relevant experience in human resources

Excellent use of Microsoft Office tools

Excellent communication skills

Analytical skills

Good experience in payroll management, performance management and Training

Good negotiation and resolution skills

Good knowledge of employment laws

Good understanding of HR functions

Must be familiar with inventory software and use of attendance register

Professional qualification is an added advantage.

Salary

N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.

2. Job Title: Store / Inventory Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring all inventory transactions and movements.

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the cost of inventory.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Organize and coordinate periodic physical inventory counts and highlight variances to the manager and auditor.

Provide information on stock level and make purchase request.

Inspect all supplies to ensure it’s in line with company standards, ensure appropriate storage.

Ensure FIFO is followed in stock issuance

Maintain all inventory records, post accordingly on daily basis and produce weekly and monthly inventory reports.

Ensure issuance of stock to kitchen and post same on the approved inventory management software.

Reconcile stock issuance with Audit assistants on daily basis.

Carry out valuation of stock after each count and identify obsolete or disused stock for disposal and write-off.

Revalue inventory at the new approved standard rates on a periodic basis.

Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the manager, top Management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in inventory management, accounting or a related discipline.

Minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience.

Relevant professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of Restaurant operations.

Good knowledge and understanding of FIFO

Good understanding of inventory control systems.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills.

Good data gathering, analysis and problem-solving skills

High ethical standards and integrity.

Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools.

Good hygiene practice and safety practices.

Must reside on the island or ready to relocate.

Salary

N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
