Responsibilities
Make calls and manage incoming call.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
Following up with customers daily/weekly on previous payment redemption date.
Salary
N50,000 - N75,000 monthly
