Job Title: Technical Documentation Writer / Instructor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for highly ambitious and creative Technical Writer / Trainer to join us in the fulfilment of our mission; among others, to manage our clients using Brokerage, Portfolio/Fund Management, Mobile App and the ERP platforms. Also to support other major FINTECHs building on top of the InfoWARE platform services.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Technical Writer to develop high quality Technical and End-User Documentations to improve the overall user experience of the InfoWARE Platform and Services.

The right person would develop intimate knowledge of the Platform and services by working with the respective product development and management teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage training facility needs, learning needs and provide required feedback to the product management team.

Regularly conduct training needs assessment and analysis.

Create standardized training processes to streamline user workflow

Works diligently and expeditiously to access and identify skill levels.

Creates and maintains both Internal and External competency programs

Assist in developing & maintaining technical training content, presentations, and associated materials.

Coordinate training sessions, webinars, and workshops with clients and partners.

Maintain up to till date knowledge about the platform and its operating ecosystem.

Requirements, Skills and Competencies

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Education) or other related courses.

0 - 4 years work experience.

Must have completed NYSC

Adaptability to work independently and part of a team bringing in experts when needed

Excellent customer service skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills and solid professional skills with utmost customer obsession.

Passion for technology and learning.

Fluency in French Language would be added advantage.

The ability to compose clear written instructions is imperative.

Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.

Ability to create high-quality documentation in perfect, clear and engaging English that’s super easy to read and understand.

Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable using text and images.

Facilitate instructor-led, virtual technical training and assessments including skill sign off for our existing and new employees up to senior technical level acrossall InfoWARE solutions.
