Role : Sales Executive for a Smoke accessories store

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Salary: 60k

WORKING HOURS: Mon-Sat 9am-7pm

The Sales Representative will directly coordinate the sales activities in the shop.

He / She must improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sates goats. In addition to being an excellent communicator, he/she should also demonstrate outstanding Leadership and Interpersonal skills.

Duties include:

• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Welcomeustomers to the shop, making them feel welcomed.

• Monitors customer activities In the shop.

• Provides guidance for customers in the shop In deciding what to buy.

• Arranges product shelf displays.

• Attach pricing labels. products

• Handlesayments through the various mediums (POS, transfer, cash).

• Carries out daily cash and stock reconciliation

• Restocking depleted or low stock items in the shop

• Ensures that the shop Is organized according to established guidelines.

• Carrying out daily cleaning of the shop at the start-of-day; sweeping, mopping, and dusting.

• Meet safes objectives through physical and online marketing.

• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and expectations.

• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and ttaching pricing labels to products

• Handles payments through various mediums (POS, transfer, cash).

• Carries out daily cash and stock reconciliation

• Restocking depleted or low-stock items in the shop

• Ensures that the shop is organized according to established guidelines.

• Carrying out daily cleaning of the shop at the start-of-day; sweeping, mopping, and dusting.

• Meet sales objectives through physical and online rnarketing.

• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and expectations.

• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and

updating financial records.

• Monitor inventory levels across all products.
