We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

Sell and issue of tickets to passengers/ customers

.

Maintain a current working knowledge of all events, services, organization’s policies and procedures.

Deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with the public and co-workers.

Respond to customer enquiries with accurate up-to-date information.

Educational Qualification / Relevant Experience

Minimum of OND in any related discipline

0-2 years of work experience.

Requirements:

Applicant must reside preferable around Ajah and it's environs.

Must be able to communicate fluently in English Language. (Knowledge of a Nigerian language will be an added advantage).
