architecture company in Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

-Oversee the progress of all construction activities

-Review daily construction work and suggest any improvement measures

-Ensure project completion as per the set timeline

-Translate blueprints into plans

-Coordinate and supervise all workers

-Provide schedules for workers

-Assign tasks to construction laborers

-Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated

-Maintain safety and quality standards

-Organize the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project

-Regularly check inventory and place orders for building materials

-Ensure all equipment are in working order and good condition

-Write up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders

-Perform any other duties as assigned by the Creative Director.

Qualification

-Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 4 years work experience.

-Familiarity with construction tools and equipment

-Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints

-Proficient in MS Office

-Good reporting skills

-Strong negotiation skills

-Budget and scheduling management experience.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Exceptional organizational and leadership skills

-Good analytical/critical thinking skills

-Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion

-Able to complete projects in a timely manner.

-Must adhere to all company policies and procedures

-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

-Must be a goal-oriented and organized team player

-Self-motivated and self-directed

-Accurate and precise attention to detail.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
