We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Reports To: Project Manager; CEO / Lead Designer

Direct Reports: Assistant Project Supervisor, Electrician, Plumber

Department: Design

Level: Mid Level

Duties and Responsibilities

-Represent and Promote the company as the best workplace.

-Daily coordination and inspection of all active sites, reports on projects, and material tracking log.

-Supervise, manage, and negotiate materials/product/service costs of artisans on project sites.

-Procure materials needed for projects within the company’s budget.

-Ensure standard site procedure/process/quality control is set and adhered to.

-Collaborate with artisans and team to identify and resolve any issues that may occur on site.

-Coordinate with team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

-Pay attention to every detail on site and ensure that workers complete their deliverables for the day.

-Follow up with the team and artisans expected on-site daily.

-Prepare project reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarising relevant information.

-Appropriately communicate project plans and ensure their execution.

-Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impact on schedule and budget.

-Manage customer satisfaction within the project timeline.

-Conduct post-project evaluation to identify success and areas of improvement.

-Cooperate with the rest of the staff.

-Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Performance Indicators

Drive team motivation and general leadership.

Participate in budgeting and expense management activities.

Coordinate efforts to ensure timely delivery of all projects

Prioritise overall productivity of the team by enforcing daily reporting/updates(videos).

Weekly preparation of all active project reports.

Coordinate efforts to reduce project expenses by 15% monthly.

Increase reporting and communication across the team by end of the year.
