We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

-Consistently evaluate the business procedures and systems according to business objectives, give reports and recommendations on improvement

-Liase with senior management of the company to make  stragetic business decisions that will further improve operational activities and impact strategic goals

-Monitor and improve existing  day to day business activities  for efficient and smooth business operations

-Provide constructive feedback from the supervision of all operational staff, restaurant, customer service, bakery e.t.c.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree

4 - 5 years work delivery experience

Managerial experience is required

Experience in the culinary or hospitality industry will be an added advantage

Excellent planning and organization skill is highly required.
