Location: Mushin, Coker Market, Lagos

Job Description

We require the services of a smart and energetic Marketing Supervisor Trainee to help drive our sales and grow the business in Nigeria. The ideal candidate must have penchant for hard work, focused, with a strong interpersonal skill.

The candidate must be resourceful, organized, and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new ways to market our products.

Responsibilities

To conduct market research, identify useful information and report same to the company.

Ability to cultivate strong and sustainable relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing relationships in the market.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Ability to understand and analyze changing market trends, and make valuable suggestions to the company.

Ability to closely monitor and understand the movements and activities of competitors, and report same to the company.

Ability to successfully encourage team and complete specific tasks and other assignments given by the manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent.

1 - 2 years relevant work experience in Business Development, Marketing or other related fields.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Microsoft office proficient, good research, planning and reporting skills are a must.

Adapt to short-term business trips.

Must be a team player and good leadership.

Work Condition

Remuneration: NGN100,000 monthly (net) or plus (subject to the performance)

One week off (9:30am-5:30pm).

Annual bonus (subject to performance)
