We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Benin, Edo

Employment Type: Full-time

The Position

We are looking for a Marketing Executive that will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns and other marketing strategies to continually increase the Station’s revenue generation.

Job Responsibilities

-Developing, implementing and managing the marketing strategies to continuously increase the company’s market share and profitability.

-Drive the vision of the company’s Brand/Marketing.

-Working in close conjunction and partnership with relevant Media Agencies to close business opportunities.

-Identifying marketing delivery gaps and opportunities; develop and execute plans to close the gaps and capitalize on the opportunities.

-Leverage on the Station’s visibility to increase the Station’s sales volume

-Develop product ideas for various market segments

-Carry out digital marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing or campaign

-Draft and submit marketing proposal to corporate organizations

-Act as business consultant to our clients

-Take advantage of untapped market and non-broadcasting business areas or portfolio for the Station

-Do barter sales for the Station when necessary.

-Work with the Head of Marketing and the team members to carryout group marketing.

-Carry out any other related task(s) that may be assign by management.

Job Specification

-HND or First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline from a reputable Institution.

-Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Work experience in a Media Agency or media house, and a good relationship with major Media Agencies in Lagos would be an added advantage.

-Must be competent in writing proposals and in carrying out corporate marketing

-A member of APCON an added advantage

-Must be a pleasant personality, a good team player, excellent communication skills with good knowledge of radio broadcasting business environment.
