We are recruiting to fill the position below:

1. Job Title: Junior Graphic Artist

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Maintain brand consistency, design logos, social media graphics, newsletters, brochures, ads, flyers, signage, etc. and preparing files for pre-press, print production and for the web.

The employee is also responsible for redesign and updating internal and external publications; prepare and maintain a job log; define timelines

Study design briefs and determine requirements

Schedule projects and define budget constraints

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Key Competency Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years work experience.

Knowledge of graphic production methods, techniques and equipment.

Knowledge of and skill in the operation of multimedia software (Adobe Creative Suite).

Knowledge of printing procedures, photography and illustration.

Skill in creative layout and design in preparation for print production.

Skill in creative problem solving and attention to detail.

Skill in typography.

Skill in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.

Salary

N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.

2.  Job Title: Junior Project Executive

Location: Iupeju, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep workflow on track

Assign new project tasks

Work to improve the project process

Ensure project aligns with set strategy and cost/budget and go-to-market. Working with the project manager in the preparation of the project budget and reconciliation.

Organize and plan meetings with project manager

Arrange and manage team goals/project schedules/new information and keeps all material up-to-date

Communicate timeline changes and new information to team; tracks project changes and adjust schedules as needed

Assist in leading all project related meetings and reports required to ensure open communication between all team members, key stakeholders, and management (monthly project reviews, kickoff meetings, weekly reports, monthly reports, etc.) and to properly report project status

Provide project management for all Brand-related activity

In charge of keeping track of all project-related paperwork; ensure all needed materials are current and properly filed and stored

Strategize with project manager when needed

Track and analyse project risks and recommend improvements.

Requirements

3. Job Title: Procurement Executive

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Responsibilities

Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases

Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing

Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers

Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data

Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options

Develops plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies

Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts

ensure that the products and supplies are high quality

Create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies

Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development

Working with team members and Head HR/Admin Manager to complete duties as needed

Key Competency Requirements
