We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title:  IT Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, printers and scanners.

 Planning and scheduling of maintenance upgrades on computer systems.

Performing electrical checks on all computer equipment.

Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer hardware & software faults.

Set up new users’ accounts and profiles on all computer systems.

Solve all users’ password issues.

Resolve all troubleshoot and network problems.

Maintain records of all hardware & software licenses.

Testing new technology.

Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings.

Requirements

Expert knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Problem-solving skills.

Patience and a logical mind.
