We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Oyo

Job Description

-Responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks and printers.

-Provides proper monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

-Setting up of computer LAN and providing solution to IT related matters

-Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

-Repairing, replacing parts and checking computer equipments for electrical safety

-Setting up accounts for new users

-Testing new technology

-Possibly training junior staffs.

Requirements

-Minimum of 1 year proven experience in this role

-HND / BSc in any Computer Science / Engineering or related fields

-Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN, installation, configuration and troubleshooting

-In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks, computer maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting

-Problem-solving and interpersonal skills

-Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
