Recruitment Of Inventory Officers, Registered Nurses, Lab Scientist, Personal Assistant to Executive Director, Admin Officers, Cashiers & Store Assistants In A Retail Pharmaceutical Company Situated In Oniru, Lagos

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following vacant positions in a retail pharmaceutical company situated in Oniru, Lagos.

● Inventory Officers: You will have responsibility to design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures; manage stock levels and record stock movement; examine the levels of supplies to determine shortages; order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus; ensures that optimum levels of inventory is maintained and it is at par with quality standards; ensure that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse; prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments etc.

Requirements: Applicants must possess a minimum of BSc/HND in Management or Social Sciences plus NYSC Certificate or evidence of exemption with at least three years of relevant experience.

● Registered Nurses: You will have responsibility for health promotion and wellbeing of patients; educate and care for patients etc.

Requirements: Bachelor of Nursing Science/Registered Nursing Certificate with a minimum of Four (4) years post-qualification experience. Additional qualification(s) such as Certificate in Basic Life Support etc. will be an added advantage.

● Lab Scientist: As a Lab Scientist, your responsibilities shall include to manage and operate lab equipment; perform tests on patient samples (blood, fluid and excretions), analyse, validate, interpret and create reports on the samples; maintain laboratory quality assurance and safety standard; perform other clerical functions associated with the lab etc.

Requirements: First degree in relevant field with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience.

● Personal Assistant to Executive Director: Interested candidates must possess the following attributes: Conscientious, smart, integrity, organized, analytical, meticulous, loyal, independent, creative, critical thinking and must love to write/type, read books and interested in personal development.

Requirements: Minimum of OND in any discipline. Preferably female and must reside within Lekki and environs.

● Admin Officers: As an Administrative officer, you will be saddled with the responsibility of providing administrative and clerical supports to ensure efficient operation of the company; you will be responsible for managing office supplies stock and place orders; prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets; organise a filing system for important and confidential company documents; maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments; receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail etc.

Requirements: Applicants must possess a minimum of OND in Management or Social Sciences.

● Cashiers: Your responsibilities shall include processing of sales transactions; scan purchase items and receive payment; handle customers’ complaints; balance the cash register and generate daily sales reports etc.

Requirements: Must be courteous with excellent customer service skills; must possess a minimum of OND in Management of Social Sciences.

● Store Assistants: Applicants must possess a minimum of Senior School Certificates. On-site accommodation to be provided by the employer.
