Inguest Global Partners Limited - Our client, a reputable Manufacturing Company, is urgently hire Human Resources and Admin Officers.recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources & Admin Officer

Locations: Omole Phase II - Lagos & Mowe Ibafo - Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

-Drive the People First mandate of the organization through the human capital function.

-Manage the recruitment and selection process.

-Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

-Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.

-Nurture a positive working environment.

-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

-Maintain pay structure and benefits program.

-Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

-Champion the implementation of the company’s culture throughout the organization.

-Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

-Ensure legal compliance throughout human capital development.

-Provide administrative and business support across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any other related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.

Attention to detail, Resilience, Adaptability, Achievement Orientation, Teamwork, Oral Communication, Interpersonal relationships, Professionalism, Creativity, Innovation, and Conflict Resolution.

Must have an appropriate people management qualification such as CIPD, and CIPM.

3 - 5 years of working experience, preferably in an organization within the same industry is an added advantage.

Remuneration

N200,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
