Recruitment Of HR GENERALIST In A Technology Industry, Mainland

ROLE: HR GENERALIST 

LOCATION: MAINLAND 

INDUSTRY: TECHNOLOGY 

SALARY BAND: N200,000 - N300,000 (Monthly Net)

REQUIREMENTS 

• B.Sc. / HND in any related discipline with at least a second upper (2:1)

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Generalist

• Be between the ages of 25 – 35 years

• Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as compensation & benefits, recruitment, on-boarding, evaluation, training & development, etc.

• Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel,

• Experience using at least one (1) HR software

• Professional qualifications such as CIPD, CIPM, etc. would be an added advantage
