Job Description

Ability to handle all customer enquiry and complaints

Provide appropriate solutions

Follow up on calls

Ability to do one-on-one presentations and online presentations to schools or agency.

Qualifications

Degree in Social Sciences or any related Field

Fresh graduate with post NYSC Certificate.

Requirements:

Candidate must be:

Bold and confident to speak in a public or large gatherings

Must children friendly

Have good oral & written communication skills

Be adaptive

Able to pay attention to detail.
