Recruitment Of Financial Controller In An FMCG Industry, Victoria Island, Lagos

Role: Financial Controller

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Pay: N700, 000 monthly Net

Industry preference: FMCG

Responsibilities

-Preparing financial reports.

-Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances

-Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance

· Analyzing financial data.

· Payroll management

· Supplier payment/tracking

· Forecasting future financial performance

-Monitoring internal controls.

-Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

-Participating in budgeting processes.

-Managing financial transactions.

-Streamlining accounting functions and operations.

-Developing plans for financial growth.

-Evaluating and managing risk.

-Coordinating audit processes.

-Ensuring compliance with government regulations

Requirements:

-B.sc in accounting or equivalent.

- 4 - 5 years’ experience in finance management preferably in FMCG.

-Good communication skills.

-Strong leadership qualities.

-Excellent interpersonal skills.

-Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

-Auditing experience.

-Compliance oriented.
