POSITION: Field Officer

LOCATION: Lagos

INDUSTRY: Renewable Energy

OBJECTIVE:

The Field Officer, will be tasked with coordinating the companies field surveys and community engagements, analysing and assessing unserved or underserved regions, and completing surveys of prospective customers in specified regions. The Officer will be

responsible for coordinating field survey projects and community viability.

SCOPE OF WORK:

i). Lead Liaison with key community stakeholders key to the implementation of field survey projects within the specified community.

ii). Implementing strategy for community entry, and coordinating the effective delivery of customer needs assessments.

iii). Developing customer demand register, leading customer auditing process to ensure responsible customers are on-boarded.

iv). Identification & selection of key focal persons and HR portfolio for communities;

v). Conducting market research, which includes but is not limited to field studies, data collection surveys, building and managing community intelligence.

vi). Conferring with project beneficiaries and support staff to evaluate uptake, pitfalls, and areas necessitating expansion

vii). Extracting and reporting on data-driven conclusions for each survey completed within the community.

viii). Providing oversight support to the ad-hoc teams implementing field assignments on behalf of the company.

REQUIREMENT:

-- BSc or HND Degree.

-- Not less than 2 years experience in similar role.

-- Good knowledge of Lagos State Terrain.

-- Functional Smart-Phone.

-- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft softwares such as Word and Microsoft Excel.

--Experience working in professional working environment and coordinating teams.
