Our Client, in the FMCG industry - Biscuit Factory seeks to fill the positions below urgently:

JOB LOCATION: Sango Ota - Ogun State

Job Title: Electrical Technician

Job Description

• Maintaining, repairing, and servicing of PLC-based electrical equipment and machinery in the biscuit plant and Utility. 

• Performing periodic proactive equipment work, such as maintenance machine analysis, preventative maintenance, and other tasks to improve reliability and uptime. 

• Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic systems, control devices, and electrical faults, able to feed parameters in various frequency drives/VFD.

• Reading and interpreting electrical circuit diagrams and Instrumentation like various sensors.

• Working with the manufacturing and Maintenance Managers to identify and prioritize maintenance needs

• Adhering to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participating in the safety program

• Must be able to handle his shift independently.

• Installation, servicing and repairing lighting fixtures, electrical panels, and wiring.

• Applying problem-solving methods to identify the root cause and eliminate failures.

• Troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and electrical panels.

• Installing and wiring new equipment.

Requirement:-

1) Qualification – OND/HND/B.Sc – Electrical Electronics Engineering

2) Experience – Must have worked in the FCMG industry with minimum 5 years of experience.

3) Well-versed with Burners (both Diesel and Gas) related job, strong relay logic.

4) Working experience with Italian equipment will be an added advantage.
