We are recruiting to fill the position below:

1. Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Sangotedo, Lakowe - Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities and Duties

Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensuring constant engagement with customers during purchase,verifying payment, documentation process, acquisition of property and after sales services.

Communicating accurate and detailed information on company’s service to prospect and follow up on converting to paying customer

Reach out to new and old customers, informing them of ongoing benefit and promo to boost company’s sales

Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards, constantly handling every customer base on company’s policies

Attending to all complaint and proffers lasting solution such that clients are satisfy with company’s services

Report customers unresolved complaint to be taking up and addressed by senior management and follow up on quick response so as to promote company’s image

Requirements

HND / BSc in Mass Communication or any related field

Excellent Communication

0-2 years of experience in Real Estate Industry is added advantage

Working with less or no supervision

Willing to work in a Start-up

2. Job Title: Content Creator / Social Media Personnel

Location: Sangotedo - Lakowe, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Construct informative and appealing content for dissemination via, social media, websites and other distribution channelsto boost company’s image and attract prospect clients

Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

Excellent knowledge of Social media platform usability and able to create content to attract clients.

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system, networks, printers and scanners

Provide technical support across the company ( this may be on phone on in person)

Monitoring and maintaining computer system and networks.

Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.

Requirements

BSc in any relevant field

0 - 2 years of experience in same position (Experience in Real Estate Company is an added advantage)

Proficientin content creation and able to recon with current trend in the Real Estate Industry.

Willing to work in a start-up and effectively contribute towards growth and development.
