Title: Customer Service Representative (Female)

Location: Anthony Village, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Welcome and receive all walk-in customers

Take their orders, requests, and complaint and handle them professionally

Receive online orders and manage social media interaction swiftly and perform all necessary follow-up

Pick up incoming calls promptly and address all customer concerns effectively

Document interactions and log orders received, etc.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 1 year work experience.

The preferred candidate must be female, age 24 -35 years

Have at least one-year working experience in a retail store or supermarket selling via social media platforms.

Good knowledge/use of social media platforms,

Great writing and communication skills.

Must be computer literate and can work with Microsoft Office tools

Must be a fast learner who pays attention to details

Willing to work on Saturday (10am – 4pm).

Salary

N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
