1. Job Title: Customer Service Personnel (Female Corp Member)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Responsible for handling incoming customer calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention, review customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions to determine appropriate solutions and/or responses.

Will be in charge of providing a variety of customer care support duties to customers; ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to customers in a professional manner responding to inquiries through phone, mail, email, website, social media platforms and/or face-to-face contact with customers.

Distribute calls when necessary to other resources to ensure customers’ needs are handled in a timely fashion.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.

2. Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Ekwulobia, Anambra

Job Description

Receives and processes customers orders.

Identify, label and isolate shipments contracted.

Generates daily sales reports and submit same to finance department.

Releases arrived shipments to customers.

Above all, should ensure all tasks are correctly and completed executed via the software.

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.

At least 3 years work experience.

3. Job Title: Software Developer

Location: Lagos

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years’ work experience.

Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software

Gather and evaluate user feedback

Recommend and execute improvements

Proficiency with C# ASP.NET MVC

Knowledge of .NET core will be an added advantage

Knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms

Good knowledge of client-side programs like Javascript and Jquery.
