Job Description

Customer services representatives will provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer's accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

He/she must be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. love to talk and understand the value of good communication and skills.

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

Generate sales leads, identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction build sustainable relationships and trust with customers accounts through open and interactive communication.

Handle customer's complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, folow up to ensure the resolution

Follow communication procedures, guildlines, and policies

Take the extra mile to engage with customers.

Requirements and Skills

Candidates should possess an HND / Degree with relevant work experience.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
