Architectural firm is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Greet all walk-in clients as they come into the store and ask them how they would like to be assisted

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and clients’ relationships.

Respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, or social media

Resolve client complaints by investigating and developing solutions

Handle clients’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution and escalate issues to appropriate personnel as necessary

Prepare invoices when inquired

Qualifications

BS.c / HND in related field

High proficiency in MS Office Suite

Good networking skills

High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability

Ability to prepare management reports and correspondence

Strong problem-solving skills.

Salary

N70,000 - N85,000 monthly.
