Job Title: Continental Chef

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Continental Chef is to work as a Private Chef responsible for all food production including that used for buffet & private functions.

Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes.

Develop and monitor food budget for the kitchen.

Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.

Job Requirements

-Minimum of SSCE qualification

-Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred

- 8 - 20 years’ experience as a Chef

-Experience preparing continental meals

-Must be able to read and write in English

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Good organizational and process management skills.
