Job Title: Client Relationship Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and passionate Client Relationship Officer to join our growing team! As a Clent Relationship Officer, you will act as a point of contact, provide product/service information, answer inquiries, and efficiently address any issues that our clients might face.

A great candidate for this role will be able to provide the highest service standards, respond quickly to clients, and boost customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

University Degree in Social Sciences.

At least 2 years experience working in customer support.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiar with CRM systems and practices

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Must have completed NYSC

Candidates living on the Island will be most preferred for proximity.
