Job Title: Client Access Manager

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Provision of sales implementation support to product sales team and relationship manager

Effective follow-up on clients to ensure good customer experience, post implementation.

Seamless migration of customers from legacy channels to new Electronic banking platform.

Effective utilization, penetration and tracking of all dormant transaction banking channels.

Effective management of transaction banking solutions deployed

100% growth in transaction value and volume

Timely preparation and submission of report in respect of clients’ utilization of Electronic Banking channels & implementation status of same.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in any related field with 1-3 years work experience

Proven work experience as a client access manager, or any similar role.

Knowledge of electronic banking channels

Skills and Competencies:

Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word/ PowerPoint/Access specifically)

Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail.
