Job Title: ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT OFFICER

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

To supervise projects and give update on their position

• To evaluate and give recommendation on projects and site work progress.

• To make sure that all projects are executed to the letter as may be contained in the award letter and to our management standards

• Coordination and supervision of installers logistic

• Harmonize technical issue to meet timely completion of projects

• Give weekly report on installers activities and progress work on site

• Attend site meetings and report Client’s complain(s) to be treated as required

• To represent the Company as deem fit by the management

• To submit weekly report on all on-going projects

• To coordinate other project officers activities and collates their report for Management’s consideration

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MIN QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's Degree / HND IN ARCHITECTURE

 

               

MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: NOT LESS THAN 3 Years experience as an Architect

Details:

• HND/B.Sc. in Architecture.

• Competency in Autocad, Revit.

• Design skills knowledge of building and construction. to be thorough and pay attention to detail

• Relevant experience in similar job role is a must.
