We are recruiting to fill the position below:

1. Job Title: Architect

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

The Position

We are looking for an architect to churn out Creative designs for new construction projects by using specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing

Responsibilities

-Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications and construction documents.

-Developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings to company specifications.

-Working with other related professionals, such as engineers, urban planners, landscape architects, construction representatives and interior designers to ensure excellent delivery of Jobs.

-Presentation of Final construction plans that would be used in building.

-Ability to work with computer-aided drafting systems as well as other relevant technologies being used.

-Ensuring that a building’s style is safe and sustainable to ensure it meets the needs of its occupants as well as the requirements of state and federal regulators.

Requirements

-Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a reputable University.

-Must have had 1-3 years post NYSC Experience or more, in same field

-Prior Experience working with real estate companies will be an added advantage.

2. Job Title: Cinematographer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

The Cinematographer shall have amongst others, the following primary responsibilities:

Must be able to operate drones

Must be an editor.

Must be knowledgeable about motion graphics.

Requirements

- 4-7 years experience in a similar role

-Having digital marketing/other IT skills will be an added advantage

-Prior Experience working with real estate companies will be an added advantage.

-In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including operations, product and service offerings, players, key trends and growth drivers.

-Must have an artistic vision, ability to conceptualize, creativity, pay attention to detail, and ability to both give and follow given instructions.

The Position

We are looking for a Graphics Designer to handle all contents writing and designs for our advertorials

Responsibilities

Should be able to Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software to create and design visual concepts and various materials for print and digital collateral.

Collaborating with art directors, branding experts, front end developers, marketing, content and other professionals to create excellent media.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications

Have a Solid knowledge of design and visual principles.

Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University.

Must have completed NYSC.

Must have had 5 - 6 year’s Experience or more, in graphics design field

Prior Experience working with real estate companies will be an added advantage.
